Sharkoon RGB Wave: ATX case with wave pattern and RGB lighting

Sharkoon is launching a new ATX case for gaming fans. The Sharkoon RGB Wave features a wavy 3D pattern on the front and three built-in RGB fans, but the chic case also has a few other exciting features to offer.

The Sharkoon RGB Wave in detail

After the rather inconspicuous cases MS-Y1000 and MS-Z1000 and the Gaming Case TK5M RGB, things get pretty colorful again with the new ATX tower Sharkoon RGB Wave. This is a chic midi-ATX case that offers space for top hardware thanks to four pre-installed fans and an air-permeable front panel design with a 3D wave pattern, and also skillfully puts it in the limelight.

The front panel is particularly eye-catching, consisting of a frame with carbon fiber texture and an air-permeable mesh grille with several wavy slats. A tempered glass side panel also allows a view of the installed hardware.

There is already room for three 120 mm fans with addressable RGB lighting in the front. Customizable are these and the wavy fins in up to 16.3 million colors.

A fourth 120mm RGB fan can also be found on the back of the case from the factory, promising excellent airflow. Two additional fans with a maximum size of 140 mm can also be optionally installed on the top of the case, as well as a 120 mm fan on the top of the power supply tunnel.

Wide compatibility and many ports

Measuring 40.3 x 20.0 x 45.6 cm (length x width x height) and weighing 5.4 kg, the Sharkoon RGB Wave also comes with a generous I/O panel. In addition to two USB 3.0 and two 3.5 mm jack ports, one USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 is also offered, which promises a high speed.

Graphics cards with a length of up to 33.5 cm and CPU coolers with a height of up to 15.7 cm can be accommodated in the case, as can power supplies up to 17.5 centimeters.  A total of up to five SSDs can be installed in the case, as well as two 3.5-inch HDDs, which can be accommodated in the hard drive cage if no SSDs are installed there.

Price and Availability

The sleek Sharkoon RGB Wave ATX case is available in stores now for a suggested retail price of $74.90. For more information, visit Sharkoon’s product website.
