TP-Link Archer Air R5 and E5: Revolution in router design

TP-Link, a leading provider of networking and smart home products, recently unveiled the Archer Air R5 and E5, ultra-slim Wifi-6 routers and extenders that fit seamlessly into any home.

Aesthetics meet functionality

The Archer Air R5 and E5 are not only technically impressive, but also aesthetically pleasing. With a thickness of just 8 millimeters and a minimalist design that won the prestigious iF Design Award, they blend almost invisibly into any environment.

Powerful technology in a slim guise

The Archer Air R5 and E5 are equipped with the powerful AX3000-WiFi-6 module and can be operated individually or in a mesh network. This enables seamless switching between access points without mobile devices having to constantly search for a new WLAN. In addition, the network can be easily expanded by adding further E5 extenders.

Intelligent antennas for optimal network coverage

The Archer Air R5 and E5 feature smart antennas integrated into the chassis. Using algorithms, they can detect the spatial position of the device in the network and adjust the orientation of the antennas accordingly to ensure optimal network coverage at all times.

Easy installation and setup

Installing the Archer Air R5 and E5 is as easy as can be: they can be attached to virtually any wall using either the strong adhesive 3M strips on the back or the included wall mount. Setup is then quick and easy via TP-Link’s web interface or the Tether app.

Price and Availability

The Archer Air R5 and E5 will be available in Germany from early September. The R5 is priced at 129.99 euros, while the E5 will be available for 119.99 euros.

With the Archer Air R5 and E5, TP-Link has ushered in a new generation of routers and extenders that are not only technically impressive, but also aesthetically pleasing. They are further proof that technology and design can go hand in hand.
