Asus Zenbook Pro 16X OLED: High-end notebook available now

After Asus unveiled its new high-end notebook at “The Pinnacle of Performance” event in May, they now announce that the most powerful Zenbook Pro model to date is now available in stores.

The powerful ASUS Zenbook Pro 16X OLED (UX7602) comes with a 4K OLED display in 16:10 aspect ratio that features PANTONE certification and covers the DCI-P3 color space at full 100 percent. Thanks to HDR True Black 500, you can also expect rich blacks and high contrasts. The display gets a maximum brightness of 550 nits.

Asus installs a 12th generation Intel Core i9 H processor for a rich performance, even in the most demanding tasks. Namely the Intel Core i9-12900H with six performance and eight efficiency cores and a clock rate of up to 5.0 GHz. Graphics tasks are handled by the built-in Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060. The whole thing is rounded off by up to 32GB of the latest LPDDR5 working memory and up to 2 TB Gen 4 SSD storage space.

The strong performance is also maintained over time thanks to the AAS Ultra Lift cooling system, which improves air circulation, so you can work with a cool notebook for a long time. In addition to more efficient cooling, the Lift design that tilts the keyboard also ensures optimized ergonomics.

Long battery life, lots of creativity

The 96 Wh battery of the Asus Zenbook Pro 16X OLED also promises a long runtime. The notebook is also equipped with two Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI 2.1 and an SD Express card reader.

Creative work is supported by the Asus Dial. Thanks to the intuitive controller, which allows precise handling via finger-tip rotation, a smooth workflow is created. For example, you can easily change the brush size or saturation, adjust the opacity of layers or quickly undo actions when editing images.

Additional productivity is provided by the large NumberPad 2.0, which turns the touchpad into a numeric keypad. In addition, the new smart illumination system in the Zenbook Pro 16X OLED does not only offer an optical added value. Besides the illuminated monogram logo on the lid, it offers a configurable, illuminated White RGB keyboard per key, which is complemented by a light bar on both sides.

With it, you can set different colored light effects that, for example, inform you about a low battery level, show the change to performance mode or represent the receipt of a new email. Of course, a number of animated lighting modes can also be configured if desired.
