Razer, a well-known gaming hardware manufacturer, has recently added a new line of mice to its lineup: the Cobra Pro and Cobra. These mice are designed to enhance the gaming experience by integrating proven features from Razer’s existing mice in a symmetrical design.
New mouse line aims to fill gap in market
According to Barrie Ooi, head of Razer’s PC gaming division, the Cobra line was designed to fill a gap in the market for a balanced and immersive gaming mouse. In doing so, the Cobra Pro positions itself as one of the most comprehensive and feature-rich wireless and symmetrical mice on the market.
Advanced control and customization features
The Cobra Pro offers gamers a range of control and customization options. It features 10 customizable controls, 5 onboard memory profiles, and 11 individually addressable Chroma RGB zones housed in a sleek symmetrical design.
Technological Features of the Cobra Pro
The Cobra Pro utilizes a number of technologies found in other Razer products, including the optical Focus Pro 30K sensor, 3rd generation optical mouse switches, and HyperSpeed. In addition, the Cobra Pro is ready to upgrade to true 4000 Hz sampling rates with the separately available Razer Mouse Dock Pro or Razer HyperPolling Wireless Dongle.
Connectivity and Battery Life
Weighing just 77g, the Cobra Pro offers up to 100 hours of playtime in HyperSpeed Wireless mode and up to 170 hours in Bluetooth mode.
