With the Blackview Tab 15, the manufacturer launches a new Android tablet that is worth looking at. Compared to its predecessor, the device relies on a larger 10.5-inch display that resolves in Full HD+ with 1,920 x 1,200 pixels and offers more space for entertainment content with a 16:10 aspect ratio.

It also offers Widevine L1 certification, allowing you to view copy-protected streaming content in high resolution. Smart-K Quad-BOX speakers provide compelling stereo sound in the process.

The Unisonc T610 is used as the SoC, which combines two fast Cortex A75 and six energy-efficient Cortex A55 cores with clock rates of 1.8 GHz. It has eight gigabytes of working memory and 128 GB of system memory, which can be expanded via microSD card. However, you will have to do without one of the two SIM card slots.

For additional performance, the Tab 15’s working memory can also borrow up to 6 GB from the system memory to handle even demanding tasks.

Battery and cameras

The Blackview Tab 15 has an 8,280 mAh battery that can also be fast-charged with 18 watts. It allows up to 840 hours of standby time, while 7 hours of web browsing or 12 hours of average usage are on the cards.

Nevertheless, the 525 gram light tablet is comparatively compact with a depth of 7.3 mm. The manufacturer has also not skimped on the cameras and combines a 13-megapixel main camera with Sony IMX258 sensor with an 8-megapixel selfie camera on the front (Samsung S5K4H7 sensor).

Android 12 including Doke 3.0 is used as the operating system. The tablet also has a PC mode, which makes it a notebook replacement in combination with the keyboard cover. External keyboards and mice can also be used with the tablet.

The Blackview Tab 15 Android tablet is said to be available now from AliExpress. However, the corresponding website is currently not yet online. The price is around 300 US dollars.
